The exact service, region, and legal entity may depend on Customer configuration and the provider terms applicable to Revopush. Where a restricted international transfer requires a safeguard, Revopush uses a mechanism described in the DPA.
Customer gives Revopush general authorisation to use subprocessors as described in the DPA.
Before a new subprocessor is permitted to process Customer Personal Data, Revopush will provide reasonable advance notice where required, normally using the account owner's email address or another agreed channel. Customer may object promptly on reasonable data-protection grounds.
Revopush and Customer will work in good faith to address a valid objection. If no commercially reasonable alternative is available, either party may terminate the affected Services in accordance with the DPA and applicable customer agreement.
